Rare Antique 255 President Double Leather Razor Strop Chicago Blade Sharpener

For sale today is this antique leather double razor strop found at an estate sale in Ohio. It is marked "President" 255 with the "Illinois Razor Strop Co. Chicago" seal. I believe this one must be rare as I can not find anything about it on the internet. Please enlarge the photos to better see the item. It shows wear, buy as is. I was asked the length and width of this but ebay won't let me respond to the buyer for some reason so I will add it here. It is 2 5/8" wide and 22 1/2" long from the top of the leather to the bottom of the handle piece.
I have had the pleasure of finding cool and unique items from the estate sales we attend. I enjoy offering them to my customers. I have no idea what environment they were exposed to beforehand, some show wear, some have a mild packed away odor, etc. I will try to describe the items to the best of my ability.
