This is an EXTREMELY RARE Michael Phelps Speedo "Mug Shot" Swim Cap.
These are very hard to find and are no longer produced.  These were produced in a very limited quantity due to Michael not renewing his Speedo Sponsorship right around the time these began distribution.
This cap is BRAND NEW - NEVER WORN!
The cap was taken out of the package only to shoot the front and back photos.
It is a very nice Silicone cap and features Michael's "mug shot" on the front and back of the cap.  the front also features a red Speedo logo.
