Condition: Condition of the portfolio is used, very good. The set states “24 plates on 23 folders” but this collection has only 23 plates within 23 folders. His son told me that his father removed one plate for framing so one is missing. No torn or soiled plates, and all are all attached to their individual folders. The outer cardboard box has some damage with scuffing, scratches and the two corners at the hinge broken.
