Let me tell you a little about my policies:
Shipping:
I will try my best to ship your item within the timeframe given upon purchase. I usually ship items three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you purchase your item in one of these weekdays, it is very likely it will ship the next shipping day. (for example, if you purchase on Monday, it won’t ship until Wednesday). If you have urgency in receiving your package, just send me a message and I will try my best to accommodate your request.
Listings details:
Please read carefully at the details of each listing. In order to minimize your cost and offer a better price, I usually take out unnecessary packaging from the product and/or ship the item in a bubble/plastic envelope instead of a box. Examples are: shoes will ship in an envelope instead of original box, knives sets will not have the cardboard paper and will ship in a flat rate Priority mail box. Kids toys such as dolls and stuff animals will also be shipped on an envelope. If you wish to keep the original packing or have your item shipped in a box (usually collectors want their items to arrive impeccable like displayed in stores), please contact me before purchasing the product so that I can adjust the shipping fee and ship your item as you wish. Have in mind that a listing is a contract and upon purchasing you are agreeing to the terms in the listing.
Returns
I am happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. My return policy is that you pay for shipping to return the item to me, and prior to refunding your money, I take a small amount to cover costs associated with shipping the item to you (packaging, label, and some listings that offer free shipping, the price paid for the label). My listings are very accurate, so you will receive what is described.
If your item arrives damaged or not in the condition described in the listing, you can choose to have the item replaced or send the item back and get a full refund.
