Your order will typically be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Transit times vary anywhere from 2 business days to 5 on average.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
All items are closely inspected prior to shipping to ensure you will receive the correct items as   ordered and that such products are in sound structural and cosmetic conditions.
If for some reason you receive a wrong item we will replace it free of charge.
WHEELS:
We will only accept returns for wheels that have not had tires mounted on them and are free of   any marks of being test fitted on a vehicle with or without tires (this applies to both correct or   incorrect wheels you may have received from us).
FREE RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Free returns will only apply in case we send you incorrect or defective parts.
Correct items shipped to you and that for whatever reason you decide not to keep DO NOT   QUALIFY FOR FREE RETURNS.
You may still return such items to us provided that they are in the same condition as you   received them.
You may use a carrier of your choice or we may assist you arranging for the return shipping via   FedEx at reduced rates (either way you wil be responsible for the return shipping cost).
In addition to the return shipping  cost, we will also deduct a 20% restocking fee from your   payment refund. The restocking fee is to cover our handling cost. You will receive the refund   after items are received by us and found to be in the same order as you received them,     including the original packaging and any applicable accessories.
