1980 The First Hess Truck Toy w/ original box & working lights

Vintage 1980 First Hess Oil Delivery Truck Toy lights up 1/26:  USED, but like new in original box.  Box does have slight storage and opening/closing wear.  One hinge of the battery compartment lid is broken off, although I included the broken piece.  Preowned.  I bought this when I was a teen.  I only removed it from the box to view and test the lights over the years.  The lights work, but I am NOT including the "D" size battery required to operate the lights.  I tested the lights (see pics) and they all work fine (headlights and taillights).  The truck has real rubber tires and gas hose.
